Landscape Designer Salesperson
Currently seeking a Landscape Designer Salesperson who is self motivated and energetic with an attention to detail. We want a person looking for long term employment. Must be able to work extended seasonal hours. The right person must have a passion for the landscape design build industry, with strong communication skills for communicating with customers, office staff, and landscape crews. Must have a good working knowledge of landscape construction, and be able to handle large volume of leads. A minimum of 2-3 years of landscape design/landscape sales essential.
JOB ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Willingness to work as part of a team to deliver functional and suitable designs
• Meet with clients at their homes/our office to develop a plan
• Present completed plans for client’s new environment
• Produce computerized designs for customer
• Produce construction documents for crew
• Other duties as required
• Managing the installation of landscape projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education in the field of Landscape Design
• Fully developed design skills in hardscapes and softscapes
• Strong knowledge or ability to use Microsoft Office
• Extensive knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees
• Strong knowledge of various hardscape materials design and installation
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize
• Highly motivated, self driven individual who is sales orientated
• Work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background
• Must have valid driver’s license
